Non-graphite type "Plunger Chip Lubricant" for die casting

Non-graphite type oil-based plunger tip lubricant for die casting! A standard model with a proven track record of many adoptions over the years!

Introducing the oil-based plunger tip lubricant "High Shot SH" series, suitable for a wide range of machines from small to large. <Features> It protects the sleeve and chip with excellent lubrication performance due to a robust oil film that withstands high temperatures and high load conditions within the sleeve when transitioning from low to high injection speeds, and further to increased pressure. Additionally, as it is made from virgin oil, it has a low odor and contributes to improving the working environment. ■ Usable for a wide range of machines from small to large ■ Choose the optimal one from four viscosity variations ■ Oil-based, non-graphite type ■ Uses virgin oil to reduce odor <Lineup> ■ High Shot SH-7035 (34.2 mm²/s at 40°C) ■ High Shot SH-7000 (67.4 mm²/s at 40°C) ■ High Shot SH-7460 (440.1 mm²/s at 40°C) ■ High Shot SH-7880 (857.8 mm²/s at 40°C) * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Die-casting "Plunger Chip Lubricant" High Lubrication + Flame Suppression Type

A lubricant for die casting oil-type plunger chips developed to achieve lubrication performance superior to oil-based graphite types without using inorganic additives! Flame suppression properties are also included.

Introducing the oil-based plunger tip lubricant "High Shot HR-2000," which features low viscosity, high lubrication, graphite removal, and flame suppression performance. < Features > It forms a strong lubricating film and has excellent lubrication performance, allowing for a reduction in the amount applied compared to typical oil-based plunger tip lubricants. By reducing the application amount, it helps to control overflow from the sleeve and the height of flames, contributing to an improved environment around the machine. It is also suitable for casting conditions such as high-speed injection and high cycles in large machines with large diameter tips. < Specifications > ■ Kinematic viscosity at 40°C: 146 mm²/s ■ Kinematic viscosity at 100°C: 19 mm²/s ■ Flash point: 266°C * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
